Hi Mountain Italian Sausage Kit makes it easy to make it homemade sausage, your way with beef, wild game, pork or poultry. Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.

  • Kit Includes:
    • Two 4.2 oz. packets of cure
    • Two 4.8 oz. seasoning packets
    • One pack of natural hog casings and detailed instructions.
  • Ingredients:
    • Salt, spices (including fennel, red pepper, anise), monosodium glutamate, paprika, sugar, spice extractives and extractives of paprika (color). Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
  • Each kit seasons up to 30 lbs. of meat, three lbs. at a time if you choose.
