    • Salt, dehydrated jalapeno and garlic, jalapeno powder, spice, soy sauce [(wheat, soybeans, salt) and maltodextrin and salt], spice extractives.  Contains soy and wheat. 
  • Cure:
    • Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
