Mossberg’s 702 Plinkster is a great choice for the shooter seeking a rifle in an economical caliber for small game, target shooting or just plinking.  The 18-inch free-floated barrel is chambered in .22 Long Rifle and fitted with adjustable fiber optic sights.  The receiver is fitted with a cross-bolt safety and grooved to accept 3/8″ scope rings.  Both the barrel and receiver are black, as is the synthetic stock and butt pad.  The detachable magazine holds 25 rounds.
